I have installed tomcat 9 on raspberry pi (Debian) with command:
sudo apt-get install tomcat9.
When I visit http://localhost:8080 I get Tomcat home/root/default webpage, which is nice.
Then I enabled SSL. img - server.xml
./catalina.sh configtest do not show any errors.
after starting tomcat we can see that it is listening on right ports.
but when i try to call from https and port 8443 Tomcat do not find my webapps not ever ROOT/index.html -default tomcat web page. It returns default 404 tomcat webpage.

But call without ssl returns default tomcat webpage as expected.
When i try call my jersey .war project (api) i get expected resoult.

So for ex. call https://my_ip_address:8443/my_app_name/hello returns "Jersey say : hello".
To sum up. The problem is that tomcat can not find web pages (not webapps) if i make a call with SSL. Call without https works normally.
I am pretty sure that tomcat has permission to files where my webapps are.
Any help is really appreciated.
