Script to add an out of stock product to cart on a website

Hi I am looking for some help into adding a product on a website to the cart even though the add to cart button is greyed out as the product is out of stock but wanted to know how to do it so maybe using another product on the sites script and replacing the script with the out of stock product to force it into the cart.
