API web service call ran in to unauthorized/ internal server error for the first call, subsequent call succeeded [closed]

We have a web API component implemented and deployed in IIS. this component services called occasionally form another API components for the specific scenarios not frequently called/ used.

when we call the first time from another API, it is throwing unauthorized/ internal server error. but in the subsequent requests for the same returns expected results.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
