How to draw cloud on PDF drawings using javascript library like lealef?

I am trying to find some javascript or simular libraries for creating a toolbar that lets me draw on PDF floorplan drawings, but this was not very easy to find.

Lets say you have a floorplan drawing and you want to add some details to a spessific area then i would like to draw a cloud around the area and then add some text into a popup or modal.

On the left side we have a toolbar letting me draw clouds, lines, etc.

Hoping someone have some tips or info that would guide me in the right direction.
