Transitive Peering between TWO VPCs AND a VPN

The configuration I am trying to work with:

Network A (VPC) <-> Network B (On Premise Network) is connected using Site to Site VPN

Network A (VPC) <-> Network C (VPC) is connected using VPC Peering

Is it possible to reach Network B from Network C ?
