How to setup web hosting server?

I have purchased Lenovo Server with Windows 2016. I want to setup it as web domain server. I have installed IIS and setup some applications. I have static ip and I have purchased domain names also. I can access my web applications using static ip and port number.

How can I access my application using domain names? How can I setup email server with domain name?
