I have a solar system that has a hub that will track what the panels are putting out. The hub has a web interface. I also have a server that I use as a media center. It's running Ubuntu server 16.??.
I've found several things to pull this data via a desktop, but I know it should be simple to do with the server, since it's running all the time.
What I'm thinking is something that checks the page every hour then plots it to a file I can open in excel or something simple like that.
I might not know enough to ask the question properly. Let me know what you would need to know. Help me help you... um help me.
