Problems uploading php blog factory niche wordpress blog website w/ importbuddy

I have a php site blog I had built and I wanted to know generally how to upload it to godaddy hosting?? But this is the situation: It came with instructions. I followed the instructions and still can't seem to get site to work? The blog has word press theme and wp files. I followed this website instructions. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pIZPLFZ4QkI The only thing I could figure I was doing wrong was Data base info was not up to date on the wp-config.php file so I changed it and still it is not working? What am I doing wrong and is there another way to upload it to godaddy hosting? enter image description here
