How to do zoom icon overlay "responsive"

Hello, I wanna do this image in Css, bootstrap that whenever I click on the image or the icon it zooms in, and there's a dark color overlay over it, I kinda did it with my code but it isn't the best result and I think seeing a full version would be easier, thanks in advance
