How to determine country of webpages like Alexa

Is there a free solution to get webpage"s country based on visitors. Alexa provides that (s. here https://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/stackoverflow.com) but it is not allowed to crawl the page. I have about 100K webpages in my dataset.
