Safari, how to resolve "WebSocket is closed due to suspension."

I've been developing a site using Node.js and various browsers including Safari, today I am getting "WebSocket is closed due to suspension." every time I launch the site, how can I resolve this?

I've seen a similar post on stack overflow, but I'm not sure what to do to fix, its frustrating as using the Web Inspector, there is nothing except a single line:
