Anyone has skills to get this website .txt?

I am working on free proxy finder and I don't really need this proxies I will mention, but it is interested thing as in browser it show IP:Port in plain text but when we try to retrieve it in web-client

vb.net

or web-request whatever...it doesn't scrape anything and response doesn't show what browser show.
