Server with multiple function

I have to set up a LAN network with a file, print and web server. I will be using windows server 2012 and I am quite capable of setting the file and print services. I plan on using apache http for the web server. All media and devices throughout network will be 100mbps.

1) Would I be ok to use all 3 services on one server ? (file, print,web)

2) If I can should I? Or should I have 2 servers?

3) Could I use a workstation to act as web server and would it be able to facilitate at minimum allowing access to at least 10 simultaneous connections.

I come here to ask as researching online I can only find information on each and not as a collective . Thanks for any reply
