How to setup Thrive-leads forms and Email service provider to deliver Ebooks?

I have thrive leads plugin installed(pop-up plugin), so can anyone please explain me step by step for setting up thrive leads with email service provider. So basically when someone clicks on my download ebook button then he should get the ebook via mail or directly. Please help me with this, I'm in need of it. Hope everyone understands.
