Mistake: same canonical url in all pages

I made a mistake: I did put the same canonical url in all pages of my website, but I just did note that after a long time. So, only the home page is indexed in search engines. Yesterday, I did solve the problem, by putting a specific canonical url to each page. How long will I wait in order to have all my pages indexed in search engines?
