How to monitor traffic of foreign web which shows online users

if there is website which isn´t publish its traffic stats but shows actual online visitors, is there a way to make my own traffic stat by some online web scrapper or web monitoring tool such as visualping.io or watchthatpage.com? I want to collect these data and make my own overview with graphs in Excel, etc. The site is http://ift.tt/1R96XKu - and in the left bottom corner is the "counter".
