Are 2-dimension tab panels possible in CSS? [closed]

I would like to ask if it is possible to create a 2-dimension tab panel in CSS (as illustrated in the picture). I tried to look around on Google but so far haven't found anything close to my idea.

For example, a use case is as follows: we want to show a comparison by features of many products. The top buttons are the features (e.g. color, dimension, price) and the left-sided buttons are the products. The content describes a selected feature of a selected product.

Could you please tell me if this is possible to do with CSS? If it is, would it be simple to implement? Is there any plug-and-play library for this, or is customization needed?
