Check if a site is mobile friendly

I need a service that I can use within my app to check if a site is mobile friendly and also return a screenshot of the site checked. I have tried Google's urlTestingTools api on python but, most times the requests take way too long to get completed and other times i get server errors. Please are there any good alternatives to this service
