form.io table component - how to rendering rows using sql statement

I have a need to built a form with Table component but i want to populate the table's rows by execute a sql statment in the server side and returning the result as the table's rows

can i create a resource that defined the sql db connection details and the where statement and bind it to the Table component definition ? or to create my own component with this details (new Table component)
