My wordpress website contents does not show until I resize the browser window at each section

My wordpress website contents does not show until I resize the browser window at each section.. I am not sure what is the problem but I feel its related to the size of the page and I don't know how to solve it.

I tried lots of different things, I don't even recall. However none of them worked.

I expect my website content is shown right away and not seeing empty sections or some messing buttons or text.
