Webpage won´t load first time (only after refreshing). Always happens when cache get cleard! No erros

this exception is really annoying me for a few days. I´ve searched all and done all I could.

For some reason the webpage i´ve been working on gets stuck on loading. It wont render.

If you see in the Inspector, you will confirm that the page is fully loaded.. when you pass the mouse over the "BLANK" page, you can see that the links are there.. but it wont render. Nothing shows up and get stuck forever.

If you see the console, it gives no errors at all!

I was using YoutubeAPI and I thought it was missplaced tags or someth to do with it.. but I removed all scripts to isolate the problem, at it gives me the same.
