Hardware needed to test responsive website development?

i was asked in my company to make a list of needed hardware for front-end developers of my team.

We focus in creating responsive Websites. Until now we have been using the Browser Developer tool from Chrome and Firefox to simulate different devices (Galaxy 5, iPhone 5, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPad Mini, iPad, iPad Pro and of course desktop). The problem is that these are just approximations and the solution could variate with the real device.

Is there any list of test-hardware that MUSS have a team of front-end developers? Any reliable multi-device that can emulate all those devices?

While I am tempted, I can not imagine myself giving the following shopping-list of 8 devices to my chef:

• 1 Galaxy 5
• 1 iPhone 5
• 1 iPhone 6
• 1 iPhone 6 Plus
• 1 iPad Mini
• 1 iPad
• 1 iPad Pro
