Unknown class of web-project

I unable to identify exact class of web-project. This is not a CRM, none of aaS, and not a messenger, etc. Here's basically what this project is:

The Project A combines a several different APIs of the Project B. Users of the Project A use them and make actions in the Project B. What type of the Platform A?
