Display 3D object on mobile phones

In the application I'm developing I need to display a 3D object, so the iOS and Android platforms.

Note that I need implentar via code, then the download link for applications that are on the market are not enough.

One of the ways I thought it was to do the dirty work on the web, Java Script libraries and then simply open the page in a Web View to view the file, so with a single implementation I would become compatible on both platforms.

Someone could indicate some way? (Type of format, tutorial of implementation ...)
