C# http web request bot syntax

I am having trouble understanding the syntax of http web requests in C# and i need some help. The program i want to make is something that can make me a lot of accounts for ebay so i can get more "watchers" on my listings so they look more attractive. I need this program to make ebay accounts and watch my listings. I was previously trying to do this with the webBrowser.getElementById method but it did not seem as effective as doing http request. Please let me know if you can help me. Thanks! Also let me know if you need anything to help me that i have not mentioned.
