I'm looking for a web site designer and to add Pay Pal only as payment method only the site is a rather different view and will be staged for members and forum and regular clients and pass by traffic asking questions and paying first for answers its a bit out there XFILES type site i need security to stop hacking from governments and other security firms and secure Pay Pal transaction service as Pay Pal no i'm not a terrorist or anti government or political site thats not me or my agenda or am i crazy i deal with the unknown yes like XFILES type things that have explanations that can be explained and debunked or is 50/50 unknown ..
