Aptana: How to prevent project name and folder in base URL

I've recently started working on a web project with quite an existing code base already. In this project, all references to JS/CSS files are done with paths relative to the root, rather than relative to the current directory. (so "/path/to/file" instead of "path/to/file.")

When I preview the project in Aptana, all referenced files fail to load, as it is looking for http://ift.tt/1LJFN7j, while Aptana serves the files as http://ift.tt/1S5N87T.

Is it possible to configure Aptana NOT to include the project name and root folder of the project, rather than having to go through the entire project and remove all the leading slashes from the referenced files?
