How to get table data from any website in JSON and the JSON data gets auto update when website data gets updated?

Firstly I would like to thank all those who really keep interest viewing my question.

My problem is that, I want to get the table data from a website e.g. http://ift.tt/1TCo3Bl and there is a HTML table like Image1. I like to get those data into JSON object and also the JSON object should be update automatically when the data in the table of the website gets updated.

Please guys help me ASAP. I want those table data as well as dynamically changing table values ASAP.
