Does anyone know why I am getting this error: Can’t connect to the CA. Please verify server name and CA name!”

I am following this documentation: http://ift.tt/1VCtPC4 on how to set up email alert for certificate expiration on our servers, but I can't get the CERtEXPAlerter tool to accept the CA server and name.I did certutil -config - -ping tool to get the name of the CA server and the CA name and I input it in the command line like this: CertExpAlerter.exe -c "sdcprddc70.com\Con-SDCPRDDC70-CA"; sdcprddc70.com is the server name and Con-SDCPRDDC70-CA is the CA name but I am still getting the: Can’t connect to the CA. Please verify server name and CA name. Please any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
