Consume SOAP service via WCF

Can i consume soap web service via WCF and custom soap message? I will try to implement custom soap message class that inherits and overrides Message class (System.ServiceModel.Channels). Is this a good idea ?

What is the best way do consume SOAP service with custom SOAP message?
