How to create folders like googledrive to browser with javascript

I want to know a way to pick a directory in a server or local folder and put the elements inside a div.

Inside this div will be a ol with a list of li's with the contents of this folder.

the upload part i did already, just the div bellow to show the files inside the upload folder loading the files that already are inside it when i load the page.
