For my free Weebly.com website I need to be able to have a free database which can be dynamically edited

Need to be able to have someone make an account but using that account they can only view my site X number of times before it doesn't allow them in.

Just searching on google. Im pretty good at js but not when it comes to servers and apache and sql.
