Looking for a SIP client, that can open a web browser with custom Asterisk variables in URL

I'm looking for a SIP client, that can open a web browser with custom Asterisk variables in URL.
When a client call my Asterisk server, he must provide his account number (..and another datas), then i set this number in Asterisk custom variable, then the server forward this call to a SIP client, and the SIP client open a browser with the account number in the url, eg: http://ift.tt/1TDRgh2${ACCOUNT_NR}

It would be great if the client is cross-platform, or web application (like SIP js, or something)

Any idea?
