Best CMS for managing products

I'm battling myself on this question. I've been researching a lot with for this question but I can't seem finding the best CMS option for what I need.

I have a client that asked me for a website where he wants to add, edit, products. No webstore needed, he just wants the product to have images, a title and a description.

Therefore, I think that Wordpress would be too much for what I need. Don't get me wrong, I find Wordpress really good. But it has too many things that aren't going to be used for the client.

What's the simplest open-source CMS you would recommend for this case?
