skrollr put div when a certain div is out of viewport

Sorry for the bad title, I want to put a 3rd div to show up when the 2nd div has just finished its animation. So at data-800 and onwards I want the 3rd div to show up there. Here is my code which will show what I have and what I want to do:

I want to put some attributes in this div which would be below the 2nd div which allow me to accomplish what I want to do.

When the 2nd div which contains the background image is in the screen perfectly I want to show a 3rd div below it when the user continues scrolling.
