How to market the application for web developers?

I developed an application that searches contact information of companies that should refresh their web site. You select a country and hit 'Search'.

Do you think this application would be useful for marketing/sales departments of interactive agencies and other companies connected with web development? Would you help me with some ideas about how to advertise my solution and sell it to companies? What other features would be nice to have in an application like this?
