How can apply Bag of Words model to Google Scholar result page and extract text?

I am building a web based text mining system. For a key word that user enters in the system, it should search it in Google Scholar, rank the search results using Bag of Words model, and extract text from the top (say top 5 results) results. Is this possible to without violating Google's T&C and how?
