Random Room Allocator Program in PHP [closed]

i have developed a hostel management system.there are four hostels(each has 63 rooms.two persons can live in a one room),two for male hostellers and two for female hostellers.hostellers gender is recoderd in the database.i want to genarate a random room number for hostellers.each number can only genarate two times and room number must be according to their gender.Please help me anyone ASAP.
