Is it possible to send money to another person using Paytm, Instamojo, Razorpay?

Using Paytm, RazorPay, Instamojo, I can send money from my pocket to this account. But Reverse is possible? I mean,,is there any api to send money from Paytm, RazorPay, Instamojo to another user's pocket?
