survey website that tracks origin of the user

I have this survey I made, where it will be handled by email to students and professors, where they both have different types of emails (email@edu.com and email@stu.com), so I need to know if I may get to know whether the person entering the survey is a student or a professor based on the email that gave them access to the link for the survey.

For example, I as a studen receive an email with the link, when I click on it the survey knows that I'm a student (because of my email type that got me to entee) so it gives me the students survey (and not the professors one).
