How to add chrome extension to a website?

I've a project going on with block-chain which is a voting application. I have developed the entire thing on localhost and now I am deploying it as a website. The problem is, for the application to run, I need a chrome extension called as metamask to make the ethereum transactions happen. Is it possible by any means that i can directly provide this chrome extension to my users without asking them to configure their own chrome accounts?
