How to make a website for saving contact information? [closed]

I'm trying to build a website from scratch to save contact name, location of meeting, date of meeting and reason for meeting. I'm not sure how to start with this as I want the cost for hosting and save data in DB to be as low as possible and also my effort as low as possible. Mostly all I need is a UI that anyone can access with a url and a DB to save data. I need to implement all CRUD operations. For those who might have questions about the size of the data, on an average its 50 new customers everyday. What tech can I use to implement this? P.S. I do not want to use bloated platforms like wix or square-space
