What type of server will be suitable to host my provided configuration? [on hold]

I haven't serious knowledge about server management therefore I am going to ask some recommendations from you based on my configuration, I hope you guys will help me to find out perfect server for my requirements.

SQL: PHPMyAdmin

Database Size: ~600 MB

Table: 2 (with same structure of 62 columns)

Total Records: 400K records in columns

Total Size of Files: ~20 MB (including CSS, JS, PHP)

Query Size: Every query will output a 62 columns result from 400K records.

Concurrent: Up to 5K requests in peak times.

I hope guys above mentioned information will be sufficient to predict my requirements. If possible provide links of recommending plans.
