SUN ILOM sub menus not visible in web interface

I need to find out location of a sun blade in my rack. But when i log into ILOM of respective blade server via web interface, i only see main menu headings like System Monitoring > Indicators and browser does not show any thing under Indicators menu (same is true for other menus too). Same browser does show menus for other servers in same rack. I googled alot but in vain.
