Subscription and Licencing mechanism for Web Application ASP.Net MVC

I'm developing a new Web Application with different features, each feature is available for different type of users based on Subscription mode.

Example

1. Feature 1 only for Gold Members
2. Feature 2 only for Silver Members
3. Feature 1 & 2 are for Platinum Members.

I wanted to know how I can achieve this? Any best practices available for this? Any Samples or third party solutions available for me to include?
