Removing site that doesnt have www

I have been building a website and made a mistake in hosting it where now i have two sites. one that can be accessed by flowartsdojo.com . and the another (preferred) by www.flowartsdojo.com. They currently have different design setups because of my seemingly tiny bungling of the host name, or something. How do I effectively remove the "flowartsdojo.com" sit? I'm using GoDaddy for hosting.
