Problem when opening my website from a mobile app

I have a problem with the websites I code. When I try to go on the websites by clicking the link on mobile apps like Facebook, Messenger or Gmail, the website is displayed in the app (it does not redirect to any browser). I assume that these apps have their own web languages interpreters. The problem is that my websites are not working properly when opened in the apps. I not sure about CSS, but Javascript definitely has some problems.

Is there any configuration to add to my websites so they can work properly when accessed directly by the apps ?

First I thought it was some kind of cache problem but it seems not to be. I can't figure out what in particular doesn't work, but everything is fine in casual browsers.
