Is there any python web framework offering multivalue in a single circle control?

I would like to set up a web frontend with a few data controls. One of them should allow to set 3 input values by moving a cursor in a single, like in the following image:

Moving the center cursor should reallocate the shares between the 3 values.

Is there any existing web framework alreay providing such control ?
