I'm a beginner and I don't know which way I should go or way better one. Java or .NET Framework to master first? [on hold]

I am a beginner in this field and I am trying to self-study and make my own system or software. And I have read some about something comparison of Java and .NET Framework and now, I am confused which one should I take. Again, I am a beginner and I am just starting up but I am willing to learn.

I can't say yet which one is more close to me, all I know is the basics of programming. I don't master any language yet.

I hope someone can give me a tip of what is the better way to go.

PS. I am planning on making web and mobile app which is connected like facebook website and facebook app.

PPS. I am just a teenager who doesn't have any source of income so I am just dependent on free services. Right now, I am trying Azure by Microsoft.
