Illustrator File Web-based Editor

what should I need to create a Web-based Card Editor?

Example: Making an invitation card - user can select a predefined template and they can edit it (change the text, alignment and color) after that they can submit it to order and in the backend side, a Graphic Designer can export the template into an Adobe Illustrator File and do the final touches in Adobe Illustrator App
